Our Story
Snow Tax Services & More was built out of both necessity and purpose. After spending over ten years in corporate America without growth or opportunity, Chantel Snow found herself at a crossroads — determined to help others while also creating a better life for herself.
The business officially launched in January 2015 during one of the most challenging seasons of Chantel’s life. In the same month she began her tax journey, she experienced the loss of her mother and the ending of a ten-year marriage. What could have broken her instead became the foundation for a business rooted in empathy, resilience, and service.
In the early days, Chantel noticed a significant gap in her community. Many taxpayers lacked transportation, computer literacy, or access to reliable tax education. Snow Tax Services & More was created to bridge that gap by offering mobile services, virtual filing, and hands-on support for those who needed it most.
From the very first client who trusted her without hesitation, Chantel understood that this work was bigger than taxes. It was about dignity, trust, and showing up for people when they needed it most.

Financial literacy is especially critical for low-income families and the Hispanic community, where misinformation and exploitation are far too common. We exist to ensure our clients understand their rights, their options, and their power.
